Disputes arising from these Terms or our services will first be addressed through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved, disputes will be settled by binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Arbitration will be conducted in English. You agree that:

• Arbitration cannot be joined with other proceedings
  
  
• Class-action arbitration is not allowed
  
  
• No arbitration can be conducted on a class, collective, or representative basis
  
  

However, either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect intellectual property rights.
